It is said that the trainee who writes their own programs, has a fool for a client. Jaison’s e-coaching is not comparable to other online programs that are “one-size-fit-all” programs. Because Jaison also trains clients in the field (unlike many other online coaches) he is only able to accept a limited number of online clients. The e-coaching experience that you will receive is unlike any other on the market. Here is how the program works:

1. Fill out a comprehensive questionnaire that will include important information regarding your health and injury history, your goals, your training environment, and your available time for training.

2. Send pictures for postural assessment, and if available, video of specific movements to analyze muscular imbalances and strength asessment

3. You will receive a month of CUSTOM-programming, pictures and/or videos of all exercises to be performed, progress reports, unlimited phone and e-mail support and nutritional guidelines to follow during the program

FAQ’s about Jaison’s E-coaching Program

1. How much does it cost?

  • The E-coaching program is $89 for 4 full weeks of individualized program design written specifically for you

2. Is there a specific number of months that I need to be part of the coaching program?

  • Yes, you must commit to at least 3 months of coaching. I have found that significant results will happen after a period of 3 months, and also, after 3 months, exercise will become a habit and a permanent part of your life.

3. How do I sign up for the coaching program?

  • You would begin by sending me a message through My Contact Page to make sure there is space available in the program. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions on what to do next.

4. What if I can only workout at home?

  • That’s OK! You will be able to complete the program at home with minimal equipment if absolutely necessary.

5. I’m not very fit, can I still participate in this type of program?

  • Signing up for a coaching program with a professional will be the best thing you ever do for yourself. Let a professional help you learn the right way to exercise. Don’t rely on your friends and family to help you with exercise just because they were able to succeed. Every person is different and you will have different needs. You go to your mechanic when you have car trouble, you call the cable repair company when your TV goes out, and you call the Maytag guy to fix your washer. Why not contact a strength and conditioning specialist for your fitness needs?

6. How do I pay for the program?

  • Currently all payments will be made through Paypal. You will be able to make payments with your major credit/debit card even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Once you are accepted into the program you will receive an invoice.
