I’ve been involved in the exercise and fitness field for several years now and every day I become a little more frustrated with the poor quality and poor standards that some of the trainers in our area are working by. I wanted to create a solution for people like you, people who want to get cutting edge, gimmick free, safe, and effective information on health and fitness. So I created Seattle Strength Coach.

More About Me

Jaison is a respected strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer in the Seattle area. Jaison strives to improve his athlete’s and client’s strength and performance whether it is on the field or in their daily lives. His passion for training keeps him on the cutting edge of performance enhancing techniques and methods. Jaison has worked with a wide variety of ages and populations including early teens and complete beginners to military personnel and 74 year old master’s athletes.

Jaison received his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy from Western Washington University. Currently Jaison is furthering his education by pursuing his Master’s degree in Teaching at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. He stays ahead of the field by attending various educational conferences and seminars around the country.

Jaison is available to help you reach your goals at the location of your choice on a very limited schedule (by application only), and he is also available to create a fully customized program for you to complete on your own schedule.
