Happy New Year

Wishing you all a safe and healthy new year! It’s almost cliche to say that new year’s resolutions are stupid and nobody goes through with them, but I think the people that say that kind of stuff still make resolutions. I hope you’re able to stick to yours, and I’ll be working to stick to mine.

For those of you resolving to lose some fat next year, here are 6 principles to live by. You probably already know them, but its worth repeating to yourself and maybe even printing/writing them out and putting them on your refrigerator or pantry door.

A week has already gone by without a blog post. Sorry for the lack of posting, its finals week at school! I’m almost done and regular posting will be back. Until then, here is my Random Thursday Thought.

Regardless of Tiger Woods’ admittance of infidelity and his tribulations with his personal life, he is still a crazy good golfer, and is still the worlds best golfer.

I’m trying my hardest to keep his personal life out of my views on him. Here is a testament to his performance on the golf course – he was voted the athlete of the decade:
