As some of you know by now, I’m a graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. I loved my days in college. Besides being in a pretty cool city with plenty of stuff to do, the exercise physiology program was awesome. It proved to be a great foundation for me to improve upon. 

Recently I was asked by my buddy Mike, Owner of AsktheTrainer.com to do a College Degree Review of Western, so here it is:
